Exempt users

This update gives you the option of providing a list of usernames that are exempt from the domainlimit restriction. This is useful if you have admin users who should be permitted to link anywhere.

More reliable parsing for URL inputs

Fixes:

• Now works correctly with URLs that are missing a scheme part. (Previously, only RFC-compliant URLs were parsed correctly.)

Critical bug fix

This version fixes a regression present in version 1.0.1 which caused the entire plugin to not do anything useful at all. (See #2 for details.)
