Introduce etrbuffer in the tddconf bindings to support flexible placement in the memory map. Signed-off-by: Karsten Koenig <[email protected]>

Make the position of the etr buffer configurable for tddconf, so it can be placed inside the regular app ram, saving a memory region in the global memory space
Needs to be posted upstream but adding it here first to get CI results
