2015 Refresh - bux fixes

• Fixed an issue where multiple event handlers would fire on clicking the 'download' button after the popup had been opened multiple times
• Updated icons to new icon sizing schemes with hopefully a fix for retina screens
• Fixed bug with weekly events not working

2015 Refresh

Added ability to automatically fetch the semester start/end dates from the UoM academic calendar, and updated the MSB date.
