Motivation
The motivation of the PR is to add fast kernel for ms_deform_attn_forward with Cambricon MLU backend.
It includes three parts:
Modification
Add MLU src code of MsDefromAttnForward with mmcv/ops/csrc/common/mlu/ms_deform_attn_fast_mlu_kernel.hpp and mmcv/ops/csrc/common/mlu/ms_deform_attn_fast_mlu_kernel.mlu
Adapt MsDefromAttnForward for PyTorch in mmcv/ops/csrc/pytorch/mlu/ms_deform_attn_mlu.cpp.
BC-breaking (Optional)
Does the modification introduce changes that break the backward-compatibility of the downstream repositories?
