Idea for using DeepLabV3 taken from openclimatefix/predict_pv_yield#17 (comment)
There is redundancy in the layers then if the timesteps are concatenated together. Other alternative is adding the coordinate layer in the model, which gets rid of that option, but requires adding it to each model explicitly.
