Both Shared/Network and SDK libraries are now submodules to this repository, this way we can keep proper history of changes for both of them in their own repositories
Also CI workflow for updating both of these libraries is changed accordingly to rebase latest changes from "dev" branch into "master" branch. Users must use master branch which is default, while "dev" branch is basically latest changes which are used by master branch of open.mp server repoistory
