Add job to validate generation of GraphQL schema

Currently this is failing due unpredictable sorting of fields within the schema.. Need to figure out how to enforce how everything is sorted..

@ogenstad I think it would be good to get this PR into develop even if we have to disable the check in CI for now
at least we would have the graphql schema accessible and an easy way to regenerate it.
