Add to project (based on https://github.com/WordPress/Documentation-Issue-Tracker/blob/main/.github/workflows/add-to-project.yml) We have not yet determined if the issues submitted via the forms above or through this workflow will be added to the existing MVP project or a new project yet to be created, so this workflow has not yet been implemented.

Notes

For the bug report form, we have removed assignees and projects. Additionally, for this initial version of the plugin, we have used the WordPress Community Code of Conduct as the source for the acceptance at the end of the form. - SN
