Switch to Yggstack

Now this repository also contains the setup script that was once in https://github.com/perguth/chromeos-developer-setup

This new setup script will:

• Add Yggdrasil repositories and install it using the package manager
• Rename the Yggrasil interface to ygg0
• Clean up the config file
• Ensure Yggdrasil starts after the system wakes up from sleep
• Install a proxy server so that the accompanying Chrome extension can provide browser access

Using Privoxy on `:8008`

Since tiny-proxy can't handle WebSockets I switched to Privoxy and picket port 8008 from the well-known ports list.
