What needs changed?
The version and mechanism of launching Galaxy (using Docker) for integration tests.
How does it work now?
This uses a custom modified version of Galaxy within Docker built using code from https://github.com/phac-nml/irida/tree/development/docker/integration-testing. This ultimately is derived from https://github.com/bgruening/docker-galaxy-stable. The current version of Galaxy is 20.09.
How should it work?
I would like to be able to update to a more recent version of Galaxy for integration tests (e.g., 22.05).
