Fixes: #220

This PR implements orthographic camera mode.

Orthographic mode is set when user selects one of the axis-aligned views and snaps back to perspective mode when the user orbits the camera.

Notes:

  • gizmos don't currently work correctly in orthographic mode. a followup PR will update to the latest version of playcanvas engine which will address this issue.
