Pravega Benchmark 0.7.0

This is 0.7.0 version of Pravega Benchmark. We have had 10 issues resolved, including:

• Added an extra performance recorder to record throughput while the test is running.
• Log test parameters at start of run.
• Included Pravega Keycloak plugin.
• Added support to instantiate auto-scaling Streams in Pravega Benchmark.

• Added Dockerfile and Kubernetes Job to automate distributed benchmarks.

• Ability to exercise watermarking on both readers and writers (event-based/transactional).

• Generate workloads on Streams with regular and transactional writers.
