Applied HDMI resolution fixes for RK3399/ RK3328 boards using either Manjaro ARM or Arch Linux Arm distros.

Confirmed on RockPro64 and Rock64 using 3 monitors:

• ElectriQ 27" 2560x1440
• Xiaomi 34" 3440x1440
• Huion GT190 1440x900

Confirmed by danboid using RockPi 4c:

• LG NANO866NA UDH && 4k

Issues

• Reported instability with 4k@60
• CcxWrk reported issues running 1024x600 unit
