Thanks @CarlFK! Two small requests:

1. Can you move the video JSON files into a pybay-2023/videos/ directory?
2. Can you add a pybay-2023/category.json file containing the following:

{
  "title": "PyBay 2023"
}

If you'd prefer, I'm happy to cherry pick these commits into my own PR with the modifications. (I would normally push this change to your branch since the maintainer edits option is checked here, but I don't want to push to a main branch instead of a feature / dedicated branch in that fashion.)
