Go Mod Dependency Tree

Go Report Card

This package will print out the dependency tree for your go project

Usage

To use this tool, make sure the binary is in your PATH and have GOPATH set in your environment. Call the CLI from the root of your go project:

go-tree

and it will recursively output the list of dependencies for each dependency module. Example output:

golang.org/x/[email protected]:
  golang.org/x/net v0.0.0-20190404232315-eb5bcb51f2a3
  golang.org/x/sys v0.0.0-20190412213103-97732733099d

Arguments

Argument Description Default
-maxDepth Maximum recursion level to scan, -1 for no limit, otherwise must be an integer greater than 0, ignored if -find specified. -1
-modulePath Path to module to scan, can be relative or absolute. Current working directory
-find Search for a specific module. Useful for if you're looking for the dependency chain for a specific module. If not set, the program will print out the entire tree. Not set
-version Print out go-tree version. No value
