Given that rapidsai/cloud-ml-examples#85 hasn't landed in 22.12 I propose migrating the instructions from rapids.ai/cloud directly here with a warning so that we can go ahead and redirect rapids.ai/cloud here. This leaves us in no worse position than we are already in and it would be better for users to have them on the new docs given that the majority of it has been updated.
