Reusing the PSCI spec:
- Conversations started with ARM; allowed reuse and long term governance
- Briefly discussed that consultation on IP was on-going
- Reminder: we do not discuss the IP issues in this meeting -- and we did not.

SBI Reset extension (revisit)

- Discussed the notion that governance of the existing PSCI spec is a significant issue
- A long and thoughtful presentation on the syntax, semantics, and history of both SBI and PSCI was given; there were long discussions on the pros and cons of both mechanisms for RISC-V in both the short and long term
