Adds necessary changes to various files in the project:

In manifests/apps/dvwa/Ingress.yaml, it removes unnecessary lines related to port number configuration.
In manifests/apps/kustomization.yaml, it replaces the reference to ./devcontainer with ./ollama.
In manifests/infrastructure/fortiweb-ingress/HelmRelease.yaml, it removes the version specification and image tag values.
In terraform/spoke-k8s_cluster.tf, it updates the network_plugin setting to use kubenet instead of azure.

These changes are made to improve the configuration and alignment within the project, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the deployment process.
