Adds support for the "ks8" application within the project infrastructure.
The changes include:

1. Adding a script to interact with the ks8 application endpoint.
2. Modifying the cloud-init configuration to enable necessary logging settings.
3. Updating the VM size to "Standard_B8ms" in the locals configuration.
4. Including new API calls in the spoke-k8s_cluster Terraform file to handle the ks8 application integration.

These changes enhance the project's capabilities by integrating the ks8 application and setting up necessary configurations for its operation within the infrastructure.
