Describe the feature request.

Design and implement a skill library that atomizes robot most elemental behaviors and movements.

Describe the scenario use case.

The library could be leveraged to create high level movements to represent tactics or long term contextual actions upon sequencing of various skills. This idea is heavly based on Skill Tactics and Plays (STP) architecture, where this library would implement the lowest level of the architecture (skill).
