Alpha mods update

An update for new defs (new materials which didn't have a mass factor before) from Alpha Animals, and Alpha Biomes.

Rimworld 1.4 support, slate factor update, new description.

• Added RimWorld 1.4 support
• Update of slate blocks mass factor: 1.18 → 1.8 since slate blocks have mass of 0.9 kg.
• New description of mod in About/About.xml and README.md
