This updates some more references to the "default" representation and instead refers to it directly as the "Rust" representation. This is intended to more consistently refer to the same concept.

This fixes the header link for "The Rust Representation". The
<a>tag inside the header broke mdbook's automatic header linking (which allows you to click on a header).Additionally, this updates some of the last references of the "default" representation and instead uses the term "Rust representation" to stay consistent with the rest of the text.
