This archives the ides team. The team is inactive and I'm not sure how effective it is having it around. The rust-analyzer team is where most of the rust-lang IDE-oriented activity has been taking place lately. It would be nice to have more coordination among IDE and editor maintainers, but at the moment there isn't anyone to drive that effort.
