This wiki explains the basic idea of our project. The Vienna city bikes can be found everywhere in Vienna and offer the fastest and most cost-effective way to get from A to B. If you want to use one of these bikes, you often have to ask yourself where the next free city bike is available. Since there is only a sparse map available, you have to look for a bike on the map and navigate yourself there. As this is far too complicated, we came up with the idea of the Vienna service bot. It looks for the next bike within a few clicks and even navigates you to the destination with the help of the smartphone's internal map. We also added the drinking fountains to this service bot to ensure the daily hydration of the respective users.
