On May 2 2023, three files were corrected in the repo. In the data folder, 'distance_popdensityagegroups_null_120.csv’, and 'distance_popdensityagegroups_null_155.csv’ contained n=10,000 median distances instead of n=1,000 like all the other ‘distance_popdensityagegroups_null_x.csv’ files. Both files were updated to contain 1,000 median distances instead of 10,000 for consistency. Furthermore, 'distance_popdensityagegroups_null_35.csv’ was a duplicate of 'distance_popdensityagegroups_null_120.csv’ and was therefore updated with n=1,000 median distances each generated by sampling 35 rather than 120 locations at random. This has no impact on the results as all p-values remain less than 0.001 (p = 0.003 using the Benjamini-Hochberg procedure).
