Schedule configs for RETL were moved to mappings, therefore we need to move the schedule config from the model resource to the subscriptions resource. This deprecates the fields in the model resource since they are no longer relevant, but does not remove them for backwards compatibility. The warning informs the user that the fields are no longer being used and directs them to use the subscription resource instead.
Addresses #143 and #122.
