Actions: Update session icons

Updates arrow style, borders, gradients, and shadows to better match elementary style. Should also make icons a little clearer and sharp looking. Use green color for "safe" actions (Lock Screen and Switch User). This should make them easier to see and look less like disabled icons (previously they were a greyish color). Closes #351
