Add Snap Store icon, sourced from the Yaru theme. Missing sizes not found in Yaru created. Closes shimmerproject#420

@bluesabre, let me know what you think of this. It's a little rough, but probably temporary anyway since it looks like they fixed this upstream and if so this icon won't be used after the fix (it will use their hard-coded/provided icon only).
So if you think they'll do another release of app-center/snap-store before Xubuntu 24.04, this probably isn't needed. But if not feel free to merge it or let me know if it looks okay and I can. Thanks!
