Big changes coming

Releasing for no special reason except that some significant changes are planned.

GPU capability

Makes a use_gpu flag available that gets passed to corresponding JIDT method where applicable.
The user needs to compile infodynamics.jar for every specific platform it is to be used on.

Last version supporting Python2

This release marks the move from Python2 to Python3
Future releases will not be compatible with Python2
