Send characters from a raspberry pi to a teensy via serial cable. This acts like a computer keyboard.

1. Load arduino program to Teensy 3.6 and run
2. Load python program to Raspberry Pi and run
3. Connect via serial ports
4. Type characters to the Raspberry Pi. They will be transmitted from the Raspberry Pi to the Teensy (acting as a keyboard) and shown on the computer screen.
