Changes implemented:

1. The README.md file is updated by adding an additonal section illustrating the steps to follow if the user encounters Cannot find module 'react' error.

2. In useEffect Callback functions, aync functions have been put inside to prevent race condtions for ContributorsModal.js and useFolder.js file.

3. rel="noreferrer" property have been added after target = "_blank" in anchors tags to prevent Security Risks.
