Per the action's docs (https://github.com/marketplace/actions/setup-ruby-jruby-and-truffleruby#versioning),
they strongly prefer folks reference `v1` instead of a more-specific
version tag or commit ID: "This will provide the best experience by
automatically getting bug fixes, new Ruby versions and new features."
The current Gemfile specifies Ruby 3.1.3, and `3.1` is pulling in 3.1.4.
The current Jekyll build is erroring out because it doesn't have a
GitHub token. Instead of providing one, let's try the canned GitHub
Action.
This reverts commit 7c1c82c.
I don't know how, but it seems like these changes are hitting the
Netlify site?
