This pull request is regarding the issue #269 . #269 is not an issue. I got the cleanup idea while answering the this ticket.
I found that the default language selection code(of language translation) has been repeated login, singup, header and side bar components.
So, I have cleaned up the code for the language translation.
I created a language-translation module and moved module import code and the the default language selection code into that. This will cleanup the app-module and the repeated default language selection code in login, singup, header and side bar.
