[hrpsys_ros_bridge] Use collada_urdf_jsk_patch in order to convert dae into urdf which can be used in gazebo

In order to convert COLLADA dae to urdf which can be used in gazebo, we need assimp > 3.0.

It's for start-jsk/rtmros_gazebo#195

Can you write the code like

if collada_urdf_jsk_patch is found use that
if not use collada_urdf

and do not change dependency at rtmros_common, and add depend to
collada_urdf_jsk_patch in rtmros_gazebo.
