This pull request updates the expand/collapse implementation on the details pages to show/hide details in CSS rather than Javascript. This will enable users the ability to customize what is on the collapsed pages based on their preferences. Based on @echo6ix suggestion I've also updated the stock behavior to include studio tags by default.
This PR can close #5376 if it is accepted.
