This is fix for 2 rails bugs:

• Counter_cache is not updated in polymorhpic assocation rails.lighthouseapp.com/projects/8994/tickets/3005-counter_cache-not-updated-if-polymorphic-true-when-assigning-association

• destroy for association collection does not delete object from parent array rails.lighthouseapp.com/projects/8994-ruby-on-rails/tickets/3964-destroy-for-association-collection-does-not-delete-object-from-parent-array
