[FIX] Change uninstall target to prevent deleting all files in $BINDIR

This is a small fix to prevent unintentionally deleting all files in the /usr/local/bin directory when uninstalling a build that was installed using a Makefile.

Thanks. This is what you get for trying to do the job of a package manager. I'm sorry for the damage done by this flaw.

I took the opportunity to remove the target entirely, tho. That's just not our job here.

No need to apologize 🙂 There was no damage done.
I simply noticed it and thought it would be helpful to prevent any potential issues for someone attempting to build it themselves. Removing the target is a better solution 👍
