Describe the bug

When unable to get CJIT channel order fee, Bitkit displays an error containing "undefined".
It could simply omit the text when value is undefined.

Reproduce

  1. With no existing LN connection
  2. Enable aeroplane mode to stop network
  3. Attempt to receive lightning funds
  4. Observe error message reads "Failed to estimate channel order fee. undefined"
