This database was created in December 2023 by Samuel Forrest of St John’s College, Oxford. Forrest was responsible for updating Kenyon (1914) and Grenfell (1919) with P.Oxy. I–XLIX and for most of the scripting. The resulting collection has since been greatly augmented from other sources, and is expected to reach at least 5,000 entries.

The schema was designed to harmonise with that used in the Amsterdam Database of NT Conjectures.
