This PR fixes the
7zippackage build by explicitly specifying the license files.I also took the opportunity to bump 7zip to the newly released
24.08.DOC/License.txtcontains the text of the BSD 3 and 2 Clause licenses, applicable to LZFSE/ZSTD, and XXH64 respectively.As well as the per file breakdown of which licenses apply to what parts of the source code.
DOC/copying.txtis the text of the LGPL-2.1 license.DOC/unRarLicense.txtis not included, as we build 7zip withDISABLE_RAR=1.TERMUX_PKG_SRCURLandTERMUX_PKG_SHA256have been reformated in accordance with;scripts(bin/update-checksum): support for array SHA-256 #20645
