Setup page is modified to allow Driver & Device selection in Max 7

Yosemite, Max 7 & Serialosc Update

No new features in this version but things have been slightly altered to support new versions of OS & Software.

To run, open /mlrv2/mlrv2.maxproj

• The 'xgroove~' requirement has been deprecated so no need to install any externals, plus mlrv2.6 is now 64bit capable.
• Updated device detection and serialosc for some subtle workflow improvements.

The standalone application version has been deprecated due to improved 'project' experience in Max 7 and the astronomical >350MB Max 7 standalones.

A Mature Release

v2.5 includes a number of updates, changes and tiny feature additions:

• filters now work correctly in +DELAY
• auxgrid is now much more efficient & correctly handles fx routing
• fixed issue where live recorder would overwrite on changing buffer selection
• oct&trans now change playback instantly in immediate changes mode
• audio driver list removes NonRealTime and Live
• auto-varibright detection
• fixed issue where +MPATTERN would drop first press when restarting loop playback
• release interpolation is now x10 of attack for smoother sample cuts
• when quantized, SLICE mode always triggers at least 1 quantized measure
• added option for no quantize on releases in SLICE mode
• fixed audio glitches when mapping parameters
• mapping shortcut now works if caps lock is on
