Sa, Su, holidays (and any combinations of the 3)
M-F rush hour only? But how to define rush hour?

Studies

Focus on lines that MUNI is trying to improve their service on, to do before-after studies. See https://www.sfmta.com/projects/muni-forward (it's a route-based list).
