Deleted isolates still present in MLST table

Hi,

Hopefully this is not a known bug, but I couldn't find any issues mentioning it...
I deleted isolates from the sample.tab file and ran make again in the nullarbor project. The deleted isolates are absent from all tables (as expected) with the exception of the MLST table.

I am using version 2.0.20191013

@pydupont thanks for the report - i think you've found a bug. i don't delete mlst.tab. I will fix.
