Set tmp folder?

Hello @andersgs and all users,

Is there a way to make the pipeline use a directory i choose as its tmp folder. Apparently the pipeline filled the tmp folder with bam and sam files that it didn't delete after finished.

Would changing the $WORKDIR in each plugin work?
