First Page should be an authentication page.

On Authentication should be simple rails based authentication.

The landing page (after login) will contain the following types of registration:
1. Delegate Registration
2. Event Registration

Delegate Registration should have two options :

1. MIT students
2. Non-MIT students

Event Registrations:
