FontDeck was great but unfortunately no longer exists and hasn't existed since the end of 2016.
You can see their post on http://blog.fontdeck.com/
Loading code for a service that no longer exists is a waste of resources and we should remove it.
This pull-request simply removes all references to fontdeck.
