Currently, on the data view page keyboard support for posts bulk actions doesn't work.

How to test
Using just the keyboard try to perform a bulk action on a post, you'll notice the checkbox gets ticked when spacebar is clicked but the action buttons are not enabled. Also clicking on enter key doesn't check the checkbox.
