Reporting issues/examples

When reporting issues, please include a JSFiddle that demonstrates the issue. This not only helps me find the problem quicker by not having to reproduce it manually, but it also eliminates any human language communication and comprehension issues. Code speaks! I encourage you to use the examples below as a starting point.
