Change the name of the vitess-tester repository

Description

We recently changed the name of the vitess-tester repository to vt. This PR reflects the change needed in vitess.

Backporting this to all branches as it might break CI at some point when the auto-redirection stop working.

• vtctl command output order should be stable and awk-able.

This PR is blocked by vitessio/vt#36, once it is merged we should update the SHA used when downloading vt.
