#5 Deprecate vcloud's silent fallback to vmpooler

Please note that if you relied on the old trick where in a hosts file you could have your hypervisor set to vcloud, but the fact that you provided the pooling_api value redirected you to using the vmpooler hypervisor, that has now been deprecated. You will now see this message displayed in your beaker console:

It looks like you may be trying to access vmpooler with hypervisor: vcloud. This functionality has been deprecated. Please transition to hypervisor: vmpooler.

But it will still work as it used to for now. Once we make the move to beaker 4.0, this will no longer be the case. This cutover will take place in this library in version 1.0.
